Stupid Racing!!!!

We finished our circuit race series this weekend. Fun races, but mostly pack finishes as the dynamic of the 3's is like a snakes tail, it always follows its head. No matter what Westy and I did or no matter how hard we attacked, everyone followed, yet was unwilling to do any work. I guess all 60 guys out there thought they were sprinters, but in the end only a few were. Where's the tactics and team work??? There's always 7-10 teams out there well represented. Why can't breaks succeed?? Have any of these guys watched pro bike racing? Are they all fast like Boonen? Do they think chasing attacks and sitting up is cool? Is chasing down your teammates cool? Is crashing in the bunch sprint for 18th place rad (maybe Ted can answer this!)? Who knows. All I know is that for all the effort Westy and I put in, we got nothing for it. Rolling in at the back, avoiding crashes.
